Stila finishing powder en Bronze gold

Premièrement je suis décue car dans ma tête finishing powder c'est une poudre de finition donc tu peux l'appliquer sur tout le visage. Celle la, non...cette poudre est trop foncée pour ca, elle est plus près d'un blush ou d'un bronzeur. En tout cas sur une peau moyenne à pâle.

Mais......comme bronzeur elle est tout simplement magnifique, sans être orangée ou carrément chocolat, je trouve que la teinte se rapproche du MSF warmed ou So Ceylon, en un peu plus ''bronze'' et un peu plus foncé. Elle n'est pas matte, mais sans les brillants des MSF, plutôt nacrée mais les particules de nacres sont très discrètes, donne un subtil glow très portable de jour au travail.

Vu que c'est une poudre cuite, le rendu est relativement transparent comparé à la teinte dans le boitier, disons que sur mon teint pâle, la teinte est aisément modulable. Je déteste mettre un blush ou une poudre qu'au premier coup de pinceau c'est déjà bcp trop foncé, j'aime ''builder'' ma couleur et garder une certaine transparence.

Disons que j'ai eu un petit coup de coeur pour cette poudre et je crois que je vais mettre sur ma wish list celle en rose gold lol

Edit: Je viens de recevoir le MSF Cheeky bronze (cadeau pour ma soeur) puis la poudre Stila est très près de Cheeky Bronze, juste un peu moins brillant que CB

Stila Loves Claire Pettibone
My makeup collection used to revolve around Stila and MAC before I was introduced to Japanese brands. I haven't purchased anything from Stila in the last two years as the company has been mainly recycling its bestselling products. I also deeply miss the Stila girls that used to feature heavily in the product packaging and advertising. But I will definitely splurging on this Stila Loves Claire Pettibone palette (US$42) which will be released in Spring 2010, if only for the Stila girl illustration alone. It features 9 eyeshadows and a Convertible Color in Peony. Stila did the makeup for the Claire Pettibone Spring 2010 bridal show.

MUAer who works for Stila posted on the boards that we can expect to see 50 new products in January, including 22 new eyeshadows and long wear lip colors. It looks like the new Stila management is also going the more value-conscious route as they have been putting out tons of great value, affordable sets, such as this 4-lipglaze set for only US$15. Lipglazes usually retail for US$22 each.

Hier j'ai testé le fard crème Peony de Stila. C'est un rose foncé un peu pêche et une base neutre de brun. Il est mat, pas de brillants! Je l'ai appliqué avec le pinceau #109 de MAC et le résultat était naturel, bonne tenue, pas gras et je ne le sentais pas sur ma peau. En soirée je l'ai essayé sur mes lèvres avec du baume à lèvres et il fait une belle teinte 'mes lèvres mais en mieux'. Celui-là va venir avec moi à Acapulco! En plus le format mini que j'ai ne prendra pas trop d'espace dans mes bagages!

Zezette! Je vais avoir besoin de toi pour cette collection, je veux le quad et les 2 teintes de mascara!

J'aime l'effet, mais je trippe moins sur les couleurs...On verra bien, je ne suis pas convaincue! Par contre, j'ai hâte de voir les trios. J'ai le premier sur l'image dans ma palette Barbie Loves Stila, et les couleurs sont très belles (et pigmentées au possible).

La texture des faps de la palette a l'air agréable!

Could prove to be a little bit of a rehash on the new eye palette as Kitten is always terribly overdone but it doesn’t make me want it any less. Also a new Crush shade is always welcome but again a little bit of a rerun as we have four shades already right? I do see a trend developing with cream/liquid blushes this Summer….MUFE, Stila, Armani Beauty….interesting isn’t it?

Even though the collection brings together alot of stuff we may have already seen I’m still excited plus I imagine Stila will do it’s customary bronze-y collection in or around June, we’ll see what happens.

Review de Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner dans les nuances Sequins et Electric

Ils s'appliquent très bien, on a vraiment pas besoin d'en avoir beaucoup sur le pinceau pour faire une ligne complète.

La pigmentation est exceptionnellement bonne. C'est comme des crayons d'Urban Decay 24/7, en version liquide. Le vert est vraiment brillant et même le noir ressort énormément.

La tenue : prodigieuse. Plus de 12 heures, et même pas ombre de coulage ou de creasing. Ça tient, ça tient, et ça tient.

Je suis tombée sur cette palette en surfant sur le net. Je la trouvais jolie!

Moi qui dans les tons neutres ces jours-ci et qui voulais macheter la natural eyes de Too Faced je trouve que celle-ci a lui resemble ))))

Elle est jolie, mais je préférerais encore la Natural eyes de Too Faced. Les oap pâles y sont offertes dans des pastilles plus grandes, ce qui me semble préférable : en appliquant d'abord l'oap pâle sur toute la paupière, puis en ajoutant les oap foncées en accent, on utilise plus les pâles que les foncées, ce qui les usent plus vite, surtout dans une palette.

Merci grenat car disons que jetais confuse et jaime tes reviews! Et si tu la compares a la naked palette ( celle-ci je lai deja) mais javais lu que les fap de la natural palette stints plus naturals que ceux de la naked.

Veroh, je précise que je n'ai pas vraiment testé la Natural palette, je l'ai seulement vue et touchée chez Sephora et elle me tente pour les raisons que j'ai dite, elle me semble 'songée'.

Les deux palettes - Natural et Naked Eye - ont été comparées dans ce sujet : [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien], effectivement la Natural Eye a été plus appréciée que la Naked Eye... Même chose sur MUA.

Bref, la Natural Eye me tente, l'ai-je dit ?
